Recently, the felicitation function took place in Nalanda College, Biharsharif, to felicitate the newly appointed principal Hon'ble Dr. D. P. Singh.

Students of MA English first year were the organizer of this felicitation ceremony. The teachers from various departments were invited to participate in the function. I (Alok Mishra) read out my poem that I composed in the honour of the hon'ble principal and revered teacher.

We have no any doubts about his marks and perceptions! When Bacon talks about something, we have nothing to weigh and ponder; everything is readymade and duly weighed for us. Bacon has an excellent skill of looking into the things, not that of looking to the things. He is capable of looking inside the established facts and he has the guts to challenge those old and orthodox beliefs. ........... Take it further.

Though of the many qualities that Satan owns to delude us (to accept him as the hero), his will power and inspiring leadership are most important. I have no more to keep your eyes hurt; for you know all well!

I have composed a tribute for Satan:

Satan- The Might of Evil

“Awake, arise, or be for ever fall’n.”

Said the ‘Sultan’ to his troop;

Chided their slept caliber and lost

Guts to be restored and on way again.

Though self in sorrow, in pain,

Satan- the might of evil, still

Believed that he’d a day regain!
